Who is KG Management?

KG Management is a subsidiary of Khosla Properties.  We deliver an end to end property management capability for internally developed, high-quality multi-family and mixed-use projects.

Our thought process is simple:  no one will care for your property like yourself.  Founded in 2022, the team sought out to make this vision a reality and took advantage of the opportunity to deliver high-quality property management services that could not otherwise be offered by a third-party alternative.  

Our residents benefit from daily on-site visits from our maintenance staff, quick responses from our back office, and after hour support from US based, property management trained professionals.  Prospective renters interested in living with KG Management benefit from comprehensive digital leasing materials and same day tour availability.  

At this time, KG Management does not offer third-party property management or leasing services.
