Our leasing team is trained to arrive at each tour at least 5 minutes before the start time. However, we recognize that unforeseen issues will arise as it relates to travel etc.
If you arrive at the property prior to your leasing agent, please wait outside the building until a member of our team arrives.
Although residents may come and go while you are present, it is important you do not enter the building without the company of a KG Management employee.
