Can I have someone live with me that is not on the application / lease?

The short answer to this request is, no.

For liability reasons, our management team needs to know every individual that is residing in the property. 

Guests are permitted to stay for a short period of time but any tenancy longer than 5 days is not permitted without written approval from the KG Management team.
