Do I need to include my emotional support animal (ESA) on my application?

We do ask that you disclose any animals that will be in the building as part of your rental application.

We fully comply with all Fair Housing Regulations but for liability reasons, it is important we have record of all animals in the building during your tenancy.  

We will never assess a fee for an ESA but we do require the necessary paperwork in order to consider the animal as such.
