Can my attorney make changes to the lease language?

Unfortunately, no.  

Our lease and corresponding addenda have been thoroughly vetted by our attorney and are not able to be amended.

However, we do want all prospects to be comfortable with the language within and welcome conversations as it relates to any document or section that requires clarification. 

The entire leasing department is well versed with our standard documents and is happy to help if there are any items you have questions about.
