Can I be put on a wait list for a unit type?

Unfortunately, the short answer for this request is no.

If there is a specific unit or layout type you desire, we recommend you check back in with our leasing team on a monthly basis to better understand our upcoming availability.

Because the leasing season is a fluid one, we often do not have insight into available units until about a month or two prior to a lease expiration.  

Our team will do everything in our power to accommodate your request and if there is an opportunity to share availability before a unit hits the open market, we will do our best to do so.  However, managing a dynamic "wait list" is not something we offer at this time.
