Unfortunately, the short answer to this question is no. Our lease prices are based on market rent for the area, annualized, then divided into equal rent payment installments.
This helps our team from an accounting perspective and helps our residents from a budgeting and planning perspective.
This policy is clearly spelled out on Page 2, Section 3, Items A and B of your lease agreement. We do apologize if this wasn't made more clear at the onset but this is our standard policy and was designed with simplicity in mind.
