Do you offer any leasing promotions?

From time to time, our Leasing Department does offer promotions, concessions, or incentives for signing a new lease with KG Management.  

However, the answer to this question depends entirely on the building you inquired about, seasonality, and current demand for remaining inventory.  

We will never offer a concession to one tenant and not another.  Promotions run for defined periods and are applicable to all available units.
